Kencana Fishing is a full service online and retail fly fishing supplier and fishing-destination travel agency, based in the lively and historic Uptown neighborhood in Medan, North Sumatera. While we have been putting together destination fly fishing travel trips for over 7 years, our fly shop storefront was opened in May 2009.

We are the only Fishing shop in Medan with a full service, in-house travel agency. In North Sumatera, we are the only independent dealer of the fly fishing industry's most respected product lines and products. KencanaFishing is a global top ten producing dealer for nearly every vendor we carry, and our on-hand assortment gear, clothing, tackle, flies, and accessories is second to none.

KencanaFishing also offers a Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF) certified fly fishing education program for both newcomers and experienced anglers.
